Our Story & History
Rosataur Care Foundation was founded on the belief that neurodiverse children do not need to be “fixed”, they need to be understood, celebrated, and fully supported.
In Nigeria, many families raising children with autism and Down syndrome face isolation, limited access to quality services, and societal stigma. We exist to change this reality by providing culturally sensitive, professional, and life-changing support from early diagnosis through adulthood.

Founder & Philanthropist
Dr. Chidubem Arthur Azike is a Medical Doctor, philanthropist, and biomedical research specialist with a strong academic background, including a Master’s degree in Public Health. With a deep commitment to improving live through knowledge, advocacy, and service, he has dedicated his work to creating meaningful impact in communities.
His passion for special needs advocacy was inspired by his personal journey of growing up with a younger autistic brother. This experience gave him firsthand understanding of the importance of patience, compassion, support, and inclusion for children with developmental differences and their families.
Driven by this purpose, Dr. Azike created this platform to connect with families, caregivers, educators, and supporters who want to be part of every child’s journey. His vision is to build a world where every child seen, valued, empowered, and given the opportunity to thrive.
Through years of outreach, awareness campaigns, and scholarship initiatives, he has touched the lives of many children and families. His mission continues to center on inclusivity, hope, and creating opportunities for children of all abilities.
Dr. Azike believes that when communities come together with understanding and love, extraordinary things become possible.
